Alexandra practises in the areas of corporate and securities law. She has acted on a variety of securities and related transactions representing both issuers and investment dealers, including public and private financings and mergers and acquisitions.Background
Alexandra joined the firm as an articling student in 2006. While attending law school, Alexandra received the Board of Governors Medal, awarded to the highest ranking student in the JD/LLB Program. Alexandra is conversant in Spanish.Education
