Andrea practises tax law with a focus on corporate tax planning, in particular in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and business restructurings. Andrea has experience in the tax structuring of income trusts as well as mutual funds. Andrea first practised at a leading national law firm in New York (Called to New York bar 2001) and subsequently at a major national law firm in Toronto. She joined Wildeboer Dellelce in 2008 after a year of running her family’s advertising and media business.
