Her practice focuses on corporate/commercial law including mergers and acquisitions, technology and intellectual property law including licensing, distribution, development and other agreements, commercial leasing, real estate and financings.Carolyn is actively involved in the community, including work with various non-profit and charitable organizations in the region. She has been a board member with a regional affordable housing organization, and been involved in the Canadian Institute of International Affairs (Waterloo Region branch), the Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI) and The Academic Council on the United Nations System (ACUNS).
