Chris is a partner who practises primarily in the areas of banking, secured transactions, corporate/commercial, restructuring and mergers and acquisitions law.
Chris assists both lenders and borrowers in connection with syndicated and non-syndicated, secured and non-secured, domestic and cross-border and revolving and term credit facilities. Chris also assists both lenders and borrowers with respect to asset-based credit facilities and subordinate/convertible debt transactions.
Chris also advises clients on shareholder agreements and acts for both vendors and purchasers with respect to mergers and acquisitions and a variety of other business related agreements.
