Darryl practises in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Law Practice Groups. He has acted on a variety of securities and related transactions representing both issuers and investment dealers, including public and private financings and mergers and acquisitions.Background
Darryl joined the firm as an articling student in 2007 after summering in the legal department of a major Canadian insurance company. Prior to attending law school, Darryl spent several years working as a bond underwriter for a large Canadian surety and insurance corporation.Education
