Irene practices in the areas of corporate and securities law. She has acted on a variety of securities and related transactions representing both issuers and investment dealers, including public and private financings and mergers and acquisitions.Background
Irene joined the firm as an articling student in 2006. During law school, she was an intern under the Trade Commissioner at the Canadian Embassy in Seoul and a summer student in the intellectual property department of the largest law firm in South Korea. Prior to attending law school, Irene received her B.Sc. (Honours), majoring in Human Biology and Psychology. Irene was called to the New York Bar in 2008.Education
