Mack practises in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate/commercial law. Mack has acted for clients on a variety of securities matters representing both issuers and investment dealers including public and private offerings of equity, debt and structured products. He also has experience in mergers, acquisitions and corporate reorganizations. He has acted for public and private clients in a myriad of sectors such as mining, energy, technology and finance.Background
Mack joined the firm as a summer student in 2009 and completed his articles with the firm in 2011. While at law school, Mack was the recipient of the Bruce Lokash Memorial Prize for Male Athlete of the Year. Prior to entering law school, Mack worked at a large geomatic engineering firm.Education
