Nicholas practises in the areas of corporate/commercial and securities law. He has acted on a variety of securities and related transactions representing both issuers and investment dealers, including public and private financings and mergers and acquisitions.Background
Nicholas joined the firm as an articling student in 2008. While at Osgoode Hall, Nicholas was awarded the Simms Schuber Prize and the Dale Lastman Scholarship in Corporate Governance, and was also a member of the Student Caucus and student member of the Tenure and Promotions Adjudicating Committee. Nicholas is fully bilingual.Education
