Patrick practices in the areas of corporate and securities law. He has acted on a variety of securities and related transactions representing both issuers and investment dealers, including public and private financings and mergers and acquisitions.Background
Patrick joined the firm as an articling student in 2008. During law school, Patrick spent a summer working at the Ontario Securities Commission, and another with a major Canadian financial institution. Prior to attending law school, Patrick worked in the compliance department of a major Canadian investment dealer.Education
