Perry is a founder and partner at Wildeboer Dellelce LLP, one of Canada’s largest standalone corporate finance law firms, whose practice is restricted to that of securities, corporate and tax matters. The firm’s client base includes a wide range of public, private and regulated companies, investment dealers, venture capitalists and lenders.
Perry currently serves as a director on boards of directors of various corporations, including the following companies: Brick Brewing Co. Limited, Ontario's largest Canadian owned and Canadian based publicly held brewery; Bradmer Pharmaceuticals Inc., a TSX listed company which develops drugs for cancer therapy; and Williams Coffee Pubs, a privately held company with over forty restaurant franchises across Ontario.
Perry also sits on the Editorial Board of the Medical Innovation & Business Journal.
