Rob is a partner focusing on corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on business acquisitions and divestitures and corporate finance. Rob has acted for clients on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions by public and private issuers, initial public offerings and new issues and bought deal financings on behalf of issuers and underwriters.
Prior to joining Wildeboer Dellelce LLP in 1998, Rob worked for a year at The Toronto Stock Exchange as Manager of Listed Company Regulation. Prior to joining The Toronto Stock Exchange, Rob articled and practised at Osler, Hoskin &Harcourt.
