Profile
Ron is a partner practising in the areas of securities, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions primarily in relation to the asset management industry. Ron has worked on a wide variety of product offerings involving equity, fixed income, commodity, hedge, private equity and other alternative asset classes. He has assisted with numerous corporate finance and M&A engagements both domestically and cross-border. Ron has been recognized in all editions of the Lexpert Legal Directory in the area of Investment Funds, has authored numerous articles and has been a frequent lecturer at industry conferences.
Prior to joining Wildeboer Dellelce LLP in January 2010, Ron was a Partner with McCarthy Tétrault LLP in Toronto. Prior to private practice, Ron was a Corporate Finance Solicitor with the Ontario Securities Commission from 1987 to 1990.
