Sanjeev articled with Wildeboer Dellelce LLP in 2004-2005 and currently practises in the areas of corporate/commercial and securities law. He has acted for both issuers and investment dealers on a variety of corporate and securities related matters with an emphasis on corporate finance transactions involving both public and private corporations and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Sanjeev assists companies with their regulatory filings and their dealings with provincial securities commissions, the Toronto Stock Exchange and the TSX Venture Exchange.Background
Sanjeev is a graduate of the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Manitoba. Prior to attending law school, Sanjeev practised as a Pharmacist in both Manitoba and Ontario. In 2008, Sanjeev completed a six month secondment in the Corporate Finance Branch of the Ontario Securities Commission.Education
