Ted joined the firm in 2010. He practices primarily in the firm's Corporate Finance, M&A and Corporate/Commercial groups.Background
Ted has a wide range of experience, both in private practice and as in-house counsel, with companies in a variety of industry sectors. From 1993 to 1997, Ted was counsel at Atlantis Communications (now Alliance Atlantis Communications) a leading Canadian broadcaster and television production company. From 1997 to 2004 Ted was an associate and later a partner with McMillan Binch (now McMillan LLP), practicing in the firm’s corporate/commercial and securities law groups, with particular experience advising clients in the broadcasting, communications and media sectors. From 2004 to 2007 Ted was Associate General Counsel-Corporate at Nortel Networks, where he was responsible for managing all legal aspects of over US$3 billion of senior debt issuances and credit facilities. Prior to joining Wildeboer Dellelce, Ted practiced corporate/commercial law in the Bermuda office of Appleby, one of the world’s largest offshore legal, fiduciary and administrative service providers.
Ted graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ottawa University Law School in 1990, and received the University of Ottawa Silver Medal for second highest standing in his LL.B. graduating class.
Ted is on the advisory board of the Helping Hands Jamaica Foundation.
