Zahar practises in the areas of corporate and securities law. He has acted on a variety of securities and related transactions representing both issuers and investment dealers, including public and private financings and mergers and acquisitions.Background
Zahar joined the firm as an articling student in 2009 after summering with the Legal Services Branch of the Ontario Ministries of Finance and Revenue. While attending law school, Zahar served a term on the Legal and Literary Society, Osgoode Hall Law School’s student government. Zahar was also a senior case worker for the Osgoode Hall Business Clinic, providing basic legal information to clients starting or operating a small business.Education
