In our Corporate and Commercial practice, we advise clients on a broad range of legal and business issues. Our clients include both Canadian and international businesses of all sizes, from entrepreneurial start-ups to large multinational public corporations. Much of our practice is transactional in nature and we have particular expertise in advising with respect to corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions transactions.
