ARISE Technologies Corporation Completes $34.5 Million Bought Deal Offering of Common Shares

ARISE Technologies Corporation (TSX-V:APV), a solar technology company, completed a public offering of Common Shares pursuant to which the Corporation issued 24,642,890 Common Shares at a price of $1.40 per Common Share, for aggregate gross proceeds of $34,500,046 (including the exercise, in full, of the Over-Allotment Option). The Common Shares were sold through a syndicate of Underwriters co-led by Canaccord Capital Corporation and Clarus Securities Inc. and included CIBC World Markets Inc., D&D Securities Company, Dundee Securities Corporation and Loewen, Ondaatje, McCutcheon Limited. Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted for the Underwriters in connection with the Offering with a team that included Charlie Malone, Geoffrey Cher and Shabir Amlani (corporate/securities).
