Park Avenue Investment Corporation (“Park Avenue”) (TSX-V:ESC), a capital pool company, completed its Qualifying Transaction with Electric~Spin Corporation ("Electric~Spin"), which manufactures and distributes interactive sports simulation products including the Golf Launchpad®. The Qualifying Transaction was completed by way of share exchange pursuant to which Park Avenue acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of Electric~Spin. Subsequent to completion of the Qualifying Transaction, Park Avenue changed its name to Electric-Spin Ltd.
