On November 29, 2005, Systems Xcellence Inc. (TSX: SXC), a provider of health care information technology to the pharmaceutical supply chain, completed a new issue of 9 million common shares for gross proceeds of $22.5 million. The offering was made through a syndicate of underwriters including MGI Securities Inc., Versant Partners Inc., Paradigm Capital Inc. and Blackmont Capital Inc.
