On September 29, 2004, Shore Gold Inc. (TSXV: SGF), a Canadian-based corporation engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties, completed a $27.6 million private placement of units, each unit consisting of one common share and one half common share purchase warrant. The private placement was arranged by Loewen, Ondaatje, McCutcheon Limited and Canaccord Capital Corporation.
