February 21, 2008 – Cyberplex Inc. (TSX:CX) completed a private placement of 8,333,334 Common Shares at a price of $0.60 per share, for aggregate gross proceeds of $5,000,000. The Common Shares were sold through a syndicate of agents co-led by Paradigm Capital Inc. and GMP Securities LP and including Jones, Gable &Company Limited, M Partners Inc. and Thomas Weisel Partners Canada Inc.
