In connection with the recent high-profile proxy battle for control of the Board of Directors of Noront Resources Ltd., Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted as special independent counsel to the Chairman of the Annual and Special meeting of Noront, which was held on October 28, 2008 in Toronto, Canada.
