In connection with the recent high-profile proxy battle for control of the Board of Directors of Polar Star Mining Corporation, Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted as special independent counsel to the Special Committee of the board of Polar Star at its shareholders' meeting held on April 17, 2009 in Toronto, Canada.
