SQI Diagnostics Inc. (TSXV: SQD) completed a private placement of 2,398,104 units at a price of $2.75 per unit for gross proceeds of approximately $6.6 million. Each unit consisted of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase an additional common share at a price of $4.00 for a period of two years from the closing date. Dundee Securities Corporation, as lead agent, and Kingsdale Capital Markets Inc. acted as agents in respect of the private placement.Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted for the agents with a team that included Troy Pocaluyko, Peter Simeon, Irene Kim and Luke Sawicki (corporate/securities).
