PC Gold Inc. (TSX:PKL) completed a private placement of 5,000,000 flow-through common shares at a price of $1.82 per share for gross proceeds of $9.1 million. Cormark Securities Inc. and Canaccord Financial Ltd. acted as underwriters in respect of the private placement.
