Nevada Copper Corp. (TSX: NCU) completed an underwritten private placement of 7,762,500 common shares at a price of $3.05 per common share for gross proceeds of $23,675,625.
Nevada Copper Corp. is an exploration stage mining company engaged in the identification, acquisition and exploration of copper and other mineral properties in the United States. It currently holds a 100% interest in the Pumpkin Hollow Copper Development Property located in Yerington, Nevada.
A syndicate of underwriters led by Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd. and including Scotia Capital Inc. acted as underwriters in respect of the issuance of the common shares in connection with the private placement.
Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted for the underwriters in connection with the offering with a team that included Perry Dellelce, Peter Simeon, Irene Kim and Nancy Son-Wilkening (corporate/securities) and Andrea Shreeram (tax).
