BE Resources Inc. (TSX-V: BER) completed a private placement of 10,000,000 units, at a price of $0.30 per unit, for total gross proceeds of $3,000,000. Each unit consisted of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each full warrant is exercisable to purchase one common share at $0.50 per share until June 18, 2012. MGI Securities Inc. acted as agent in respect of the offering.
BE Resources Inc. is a junior mineral exploration company focused on advancing the exploration and development of its Warm Springs Beryllium Project located in Socorro County, New Mexico.
