JLA CP Holdings Inc. (JLACP), as part of an investor group, sold all of its interests in Canadian Phone Directories Holdings Inc. (Canpages) to Yellow Pages Income Fund, in a sale transaction priced at approximately $225 million in total.
JLA CP Holdings Inc. is held by members of the J.L. Albright group of funds. It acquired its interest in Canpages through the sale of the assets of ZipLocal Inc. to CanPages in July 2009.
