June 30, 2010 Institutional Mortgage Capital L.P. (“IMC”), as sponsor of Institutional Mortgage Capital Real Estate Debt Fund I Limited Partnership (the “Fund”) completed an initial offering of units with gross proceeds of approximately $20 million. The offering was effected pursuant to registration and prospectus exemptions to accredited investors across Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom.
The purpose of the Fund is to invest in Canadian real estate commercial mortgage-backed securities.
