Vena Resources Inc. (TSX: VEM), a company focused on the exploration and development of Peru’s mineral potential, completed a prospectus offering of 24,039,458 units for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $12 million. The offering was completed through a syndicate of agents led by M Partners Inc. in Canada and Celfin Capital S.A. SAB in Chile and Peru.
