TransGaming Inc. (TSXV:TNG) completed a private placement of units for aggregate gross proceeds of $1.5 million. TransGaming is a global leader in the multiplatform deployment of interactive entertainment. The offering was conducted through a syndicate of agents led by M. Partners Inc. and included PI Financial Corp.Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted for the agents in connection with the offering with a team that included Robert Fonn, Zahar Orlov and Steven Russo (corporate/securities).
