Pelangio Exploration Inc. (TSX-V: PX) completed a best efforts prospectus offering of units for gross proceeds of $8 million. The Offering was conducted through a syndicate of agents led by Fraser Mackenzie Limited and including Raymond James Ltd., Jones Gable &Company Limited and Maison Placements Canada Inc.Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted for the agents in connection with the offering with a team that included Derek Sigel, Zahar Orlov and Steve Russo (corporate/securities) and Kevin Fritz (tax).
