Avigilon Corporation Completes $100 Million Bought Deal Financing

Avigilon Corporation (TSX: AVO) completed a bought deal prospectus offering for gross proceeds of $100 million. The offering was completed with a syndicate of underwriters led by GMP Securities L.P. and including BMO Capital Markets, National Bank Financial Inc., CIBC World Markets Inc., RBC Capital Markets and PI Financial Corp.

Wildeboer Dellelce acted for the underwriters in connection with the Offering with a team that included Derek Sigel, Mack Hosseinian, Neil Petrin (corporate/securities) and Kevin Fritz (tax).
