TicToc Planet, Inc. Completes Private Placement of Subscription Receipts

TicToc Planet, Inc. (“TicToc”) completed a private placement (the “Offering”) of subscription receipts for aggregate gross proceeds of C$26,219,935 at a price of C$3.05 per Subscription Receipt. The Offering was completed in connection with TicToc’s proposed Qualifying Transaction with WB III Acquisition Corp. (“WB III”; TSX.V: WXX.P). Beacon Securities Limited and Cormark Securities Inc. acted as co-lead agent (the “Agents”) in respect of the Offering.

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted for the Agents and for WB III in connection with the Offering, with a team that included Perry Dellelce, James Brown, Nicholas Dobbek, Julie Anderson, Shayn Diamond and Lara Wharton.
