2069587 Ontario Inc. Acquires Shares of Operating Companies of Help Unlimited

2069587 Ontario Inc. (the “Purchaser”) has acquired the shares it did not already own in 1291920 Ontario Inc. and 2069588 Ontario Inc. (collectively, “Help Unlimited”) from its founder and related parties in a management buyout transaction completed on June 16, 2015. The acquisition was financed through a combination of bank debt and equity investments by the Purchaser. Help Unlimited is an employment agency servicing the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding areas and sources permanent and temporary candidates to meet staffing requirements of customers.

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP advised the Purchaser in connection with the acquisition with a team consisting of Troy Pocaluyko and Michael Rennie.
