AdvisorStream Ltd. completed a private placement offering of Class B Preferred shares for aggregate gross proceeds of $1 million. Origin Merchant Securities Inc. acted as the agent in connection with the offering.

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted for AdvisorStream in connection with the offering with a team consisting of Ron Schwass, Geoff Cher, and Eric Karrandjas (corporate/securities).
