Loyalist Group Limited Completes Private Placement

Loyalist Group Limited (TSXV: LOY), an owner and operator of private English as a Second Language (ESL) Schools, Career Colleges and Community Colleges in Toronto, Vancouver, Victoria and Halifax, completed a private placement of common shares for gross proceeds of approximately $9.8 million.

The offering was conducted through a syndicate of agents led by Paradigm Capital Inc. and Cormark Securities Inc. and including Canaccord Genuity Corp., Haywood Securities Inc. and Mackie Research Capital Corporation.

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted as counsel to the agents in connection with the offering with a team that included Robert Fonn, Jeff Hergott and Thomas Sorbara (corporate/securities).
