VPC Specialty Lending Trust Completes $10 Million Offering

VPC Specialty Lending Trust (the “Trust”) completed the first tranche of a private placement offering, on a best efforts basis, of units for gross proceeds of approximately $10 million through a syndicate of agents co-led by GMP Securities L.P. and Scotia Capital Inc. and including Rothenberg Capital Management Inc. Additional closings are anticipated, up to a maximum of $75 million. The Trust intends to achieve its investment objective by obtaining exposure to investments in specialty lending opportunities managed by Victory Park Capital Advisors, LLC. Next Edge Capital Corp. is the manager of the Trust.
