Everton Resources, Inc. (TSXV:EVR) completed a private placement for gross proceeds of $12.5 million through the issuance of 10,000,000 units at a price of $1.25 per unit. Everton is a gold exploration company with key properties in the Dominican Republic and Québec. The private placement was completed by a syndicate of agents led by Orion Securities, Inc., and including Canaccord Capital Corporation.
