Feel Good Cars Corporation(TSX-V:ZNN), doing business as ZENN Motor Company, completed a short form prospectus offering of common shares at a price of $2.65 per share raising gross proceeds of C$10,000,000. The offering was led by Paradigm Capital Inc. as agent.
