Tranzeo Wireless Technologies Inc. (TSX:TZT) completed a bought deal offering of 3,200,000 common shares by way of short form prospectus for gross proceeds of $8.0 million. Orion Securities Inc. led a syndicate of underwriters which included Paradigm Capital Inc. and Raymond James Ltd.
