Falcon Oil & Gas Ltd. (TSXV:FO), a corporation in the business of oil and gas exploration and production, completed an equity offering of 7,700,000 common shares at a price of $1.30 per common share, for total gross proceeds of $100,100,000. Falcon intends to use the proceeds of the offering for the exploration and development of the company’s projects in Hungary and Romania, and for general corporate and working capital purposes. The international syndicate of agents was co-led by MGI Securities Inc. and Knight Capital Markets LLC and also included Dundee Securities Corporation, Bridgewell Securities Limited, Mirabaud Securities Limited and Sanders Morris Harris Inc.
