Liza is an associate practising primarily in the areas of corporate and commercial law and commercial finance, focusing on private company mergers and acquisitions, drafting commercial agreements and debt financing transactions.
Liza earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English literature from the University of British Columbia. Liza was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2018.
