Nathan Holloway

Nathan joined the firm as an associate in May 2021 and practises primarily in the areas of corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial law.

Nathan earned a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School and holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice and public policy from the University of Guelph.

During his time at Osgoode, Nathan was involved in a number of extra-curricular activities including volunteering as an advocate with Fair Change Community Services, a student legal clinic which represents low-income individuals in Toronto with street tickets. Nathan also finished in the top 4% of the 2018 Osgoode graduating class and received various awards including the Honourable F.H. Barlow Scholarship for excellence in business law, the Fogler Rubinoff Prize in Advanced Business Law, and the Gowling WLG Prize in securities regulation.

Outside of the office, Nathan is an avid golfer and hockey player and enjoys cheering on his beloved Vancouver Canucks.
