Rob Wildeboer
Overview
Rob was a founding partner and now serves as counsel to the firm’s lawyers. Rob has participated in a broad range of securities and related transactions, including public and private financings for start ups and mature companies, mergers and acquisitions, take-over bids, proxy fights and defences thereto, and derivative products transactions, with a particular emphasis on serving knowledge-based companies, underwriters and entrepreneurs.
Rob is the author of many papers and articles on corporate law, securities and derivative products matters, and has organized, spoken at and prepared papers for a variety of professional conferences. For five years, Rob was also an associate professor at Osgoode Hall Law School, teaching corporate law and the LL.B./M.B.A. Seminar. Rob has been recognized as one of Canada’s leading corporate finance and securities practitioners by LEXPERT. Rob is currently a director of several public and private companies, including Martinrea International Inc. (Executive Chairman and Co-Founder).
