Potash Ridge Corporation Completes Initial Public Offering

Potash Ridge Corporation completed an initial public offering of common shares and a concurrent private placement of units for aggregate gross proceeds to Potash Ridge of $20 million. The initial public offering was conducted by a syndicate of underwriters co-led by National Bank Financial Inc. and Clarus Securities Inc. and including GMP Securities L.P., Scotia Capital Inc., Cormark Securities Inc. and Dundee Securities Ltd. The common shares of Potash Ridge commenced trading on December 5, 2012 on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol “PRK”.
