Canopy Health Innovations Completes $7 Million Private Placement Financing

Canopy Health Innovations, a newly formed subsidiary of Canopy Growth Corporation, completed a private place offering of a total of 4,666,933 common shares at a price of $1.50 per share for gross proceeds of $7,000,399.50. The shares were sold pursuant to an agency agreement between Canopy Health Innovations and Dundee Securities Ltd., as agent.

Wildeboer Dellelce acted for the agent in connection with the offering with a team that included Perry Dellelce, Charlie Malone, Patrick Magee, Patricia Good (corporate/securities) and John O’Connor (tax).
