Lendified Holdings Inc. Acquires Mentio Technologies Inc.

Lendified Holdings Inc., whose wholly-owned subsidiary Lendified Inc. offers a fully-automated online lending platform designed to provide fast, efficient credit decisions for small businesses in Canada along with ongoing loan monitoring and credit risk analysis for organizations globally, acquired Mentio Technologies Inc., a Vancouver-based company specializing in automated cash flow forecasting both in Canada and a number of countries around the world.
