Nest Wealth Asset Management Inc. Completes Private Placement

Nest Wealth Asset Management Inc. (“Nest Wealth”) completed a private placement offering (the “Offering”) of 9,788,781 class A voting common shares (the “Shares”). The Offering represented a strategic minority investment of $6,000,000 by the National Bank of Canada (“NBF”). In connection with the Offering, the parties implemented commercial arrangements relating to the use of the Nest Wealth digital platform by NBF.

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted for Nest Wealth in connection with the Offering with a team that included Perry Dellelce, Geoffrey Cher, Patrick Magee and Danny Kharazmi (corporate/securities).
