Knowledge First Financial Inc. and Knowledge First International Inc. Complete Acquisition of Heritage Education Funds Group of Companies

Knowledge First Financial Inc., a leading Canadian investment fund manager, administrator and distributor of Registered Education Savings Plans (“RESPs”), and Knowledge First International Inc., completed their acquisition of a group of companies under the Heritage Education Funds brand to create the largest RESP provider in Canada with approximately $6.2 billion in assets under management and a sales force of more than 1,600 licensed representatives.
